GAA and the National Apartment Association (NAA) are combining forces to create one lease program to serve Georgia’s rental housing industry. This brings together the strengths of both programs and additional NAA resources to provide a strong, well-supported lease product for Georgia moving forward.

The transition to NAA Click & Lease is currently underway, with full implementation planned for 2027. Current GAA Forms Online customers will receive information directly regarding timing, account transition, billing, and other important next steps.

What does this mean for current GAA Forms Online customers?

For now, continue using GAA Forms Online as you do today. GAA, NAA, and Bluemoon are working together to make the transition as seamless as possible. Additional information, FAQs, and  resources will be shared as they become available.

New to GAA Forms or interested in subscribing?

During the transition, new Georgia customers are encouraged to purchase lease licenses through NAA Click & Lease.
