IMPACT: Inclusion, Mentorship, Professional Integrity, Advancement, Community, and Training
The Georgia Apartment Association (GAA) Board of Directors is excited to pilot a new initiative to support the evolving needs of multifamily housing professionals across the state, introducing the GAA IMPACT Council.
A Council with a Purpose
The GAA IMPACT Council is a statewide effort to build a more inclusive, supportive, and empowered community within the multifamily housing industry. With an emphasis on Inclusion, Mentorship, Professional Integrity, Advancement, Community, and Training, the Council aims to:
- Represent and support all GAA members, including those from each of our five Affiliates across Georgia.
- Provide tailored education and networking opportunities.
- Deliver resources and insights to help members navigate the industry's challenges and grow professionally.
Through structured programming and collaborative leadership, IMPACT is committed to strengthening the multifamily housing community at every level.
Who Can Join?
The IMPACT Council is open to all GAA and GAA Affiliate Members, including Owner/Managers and Associates. Whether you're new to the industry or a seasoned professional, the Council welcomes individuals from all career stages who are eager to:
- Connect and collaborate with peers across the State
- Share ideas and experiences
- Contribute to the ongoing success and evolution of the industry
Programming & Events
The GAA IMPACT Council offers year-round programming designed to connect, inspire, and engage multifamily professionals across Georgia. Members can participate through:
- Virtual Programs – Educational webinars and interactive discussions featuring industry experts and thought leaders.
- Affiliate Activation Events – In-person networking and learning opportunities hosted throughout the state in partnership with GAA's local Affiliates.
- GAA Annual Meeting – An exclusive in-person gathering during the GAA Annual Meeting to strengthen relationships, celebrate accomplishments, and align on strategic priorities and future initiatives.
