Join GAA as a Direct Member
You may only join GAA directly if there is NOT an affiliate in your area.
GAA Direct Community Member
Apartment communities located in areas of Georgia not covered by one of the affiliated associations. Membership is a flat fee of $125 if 100 units or less and $125 plus $1 a unit for units 101+. There is a $50 application fee for new members.
Your GAA membership includes membership with the National Apartment Association.
Vendor Partners, Management Companies, and Individuals cannot join GAA as direct members, all vendor partners, management companies, and individuals must join an affiliated association to receive membership benefits for GAA.
