Join as a GAA Direct Member
You become a member of GAA by joining one of the affiliated apartment associations where you do business. When you join one of our local affiliates, you automatically become a member of the Georgia Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association. If you are not located in one of the counties covered by an affiliate, then you can join GAA as a Direct Community Member.
GAA Direct Community Member
Apartment communities located in areas of Georgia not covered by one of the affiliated associations may join as GAA Direct Members. Membership is a flat fee of $125 if 100 units or less and $125 plus $1 per unit for units 101+. There is a $50 application fee for new members.
Your GAA membership includes membership with the National Apartment Association.
Vendor Partners, Management Companies, and Individuals cannot join GAA as direct members, all vendor partners, management companies, and individuals must join an affiliated association to receive membership benefits for GAA.
