Third Parties and Attendee Lists
We do not use third parties to register attendees for the Annual Meeting, to sell our hotel room block or offer attendee lists.
Consent for Use of Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, GAA meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to GAA’s use and distribution (now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities.
Use of GAA Logo or Name
GAA members and GAA Annual Meeting attendees may not use the GAA logo, name, or likeness without written permission from GAA staff for the purposes of promoting or hosting non-GAA events or meetings.
