This year, the GAA Annual Meeting will return to Amelia Island at the beautiful Ritz Carlton, September 4 - 6, 2024.
The Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island offers luxurious accommodations along 13 miles of pristine shoreline in North Florida, embodying southern charm and coastal beauty. Guests can enjoy stunning Florida panoramas from their balconies, indulge in spa treatments, savor exquisite culinary experiences, and play golf on the resort's private course.

Please note: ONLY GAA members with paid conference registrations can reserve rooms in our room blocks. We reserve the right to cancel a hotel reservation for anyone who has not yet registered for the event.
Transportation & Parking
Transportation and parking around Amelia Island is limited. Please schedule any off-site travel, arrivals & departures accordingly.
Guests staying at GAA overflow properties may use their hotel's shuttle on a first-come, first-serve basis to move around the island, including shuttling to GAA sessions at the Ritz Carlton. Please contact the concierge at your hotel for details.
