Renter Information

The Georgia Apartment Association (GAA) is a trade organizations for companies that own and/or manage apartments and the businesses that provide products or services to the industry, we are not a regulatory agency. We do not own or manage any apartments, but rather provide education classes and legislative guidance to our members who are in the multihousing industry. We cannot give out information to residents about problems with a particular community, or a specific issue as that is not the function of our organization.

We encourage you to speak to the management company for your community about any problems you are having. If you need legal help, we encourage you to check with an attorney or look for legal resources in your area that can assist you.
